Deposits and Cancellations....

Our Cancelation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival date or be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Our customers rely on us to provide advance, verified reservations before they can finalize their family vacation or business travel plans.
 

We must ensure that every reservation we accept is highly likely to occur, so that we can provide our service to as many clients as possible,

Late cancellations are highly discouraged.

Holiday Deposits are now Required!

We require a $50 Non-Refundable Deposit for Christmas and all major US Calendar holidays.
 
This deposit will be applied to boarding fees when the boarding agreement is kept. It will be applied to future services if we are given at least 14 days notice prior to cancellation. It will be forfeited in the event of "No Show" or "Late Cancellations". This Deposit may be waived for well established customers.
For stays of longer than 3 weeks, a 50% deposit is greatly appreciated.
This is expected at time of drop off and will be applied to your boarding fees.
We request that our cancellation policy be strictly adhered to by our clients.
In the future we may be forced to require a deposit for all boarding stays, but for now, we would rather trust our clients to do the right thing, which is to provide us with two weeks notice in event of cancellation.
